Lined Flush Bottom valve

Flush bottom valves are fitted at the bottom of the tanks and vessels. It is used to empty, drain out the liquid, slurry or powder from the tanks or vessel fitted above it. When the tank or vessel generate corrosive liquid or slurry, flush bottom valves fitted should be lined with corrosion resistance lining of PTFE, FEP, PFA or PVDF. Lining the valves with suitable fluorocarbons protects the valves from any damage from corrosive media to be handled and enhance the life of it. And thus save a considerable amount of money as well cost, and labor associated with the regular maintenance and replacement occurs in the un-lined valve and fittings
